Costa Rica Luxury Condos

Colina Condos offers two and three bedroom units with golf course and bay views. The condominiums are 2,000 sq. ft, built in Spanish colonial style with tile roofs, covered parking areas, spacious balconies, patios and terraces. The floor plans include fully equipped gourmet kitchens, central air, full sized washer and dryer, access to three pools, Jacuzzi, health club, barbecue area, beach club and golf course.

Bella Visa Condos offer spacious three bedroom, three and one-half bath units with views of the beach club and marina. The condominiums are 3,300 sq. ft, built in Spanish colonial style with tile roofs, covered parking areas, spacious balconies, patios and terraces. The floor plans include fully equipped gourmet kitchens, central air, full sized washer and dryer, access to three pools, Jacuzzi, barbecue area, beach club and golf course.

Marbella Condos offer three bedroom units with ocean views. The Condominiums are 3,800 sq. ft, built in Tropical colonial style with tile roofs, covered parking areas, spacious balconies, patios and terraces. The floor plans include fully equipped Open Concept gourmet kitchens, central air, full sized washer and dryer, three infinity-edged cascading pools, Jacuzzis, barbecue area, sunning decks, beach club and golf course. Casa Mono Loco offers a spectacular mountain-top vista of the Bahia Herradura and the surrounding mountains. The unique architecture of this home allows you to comfortably enjoy the surrounding rainforest. The open nature of this home is perfect for viewing the exotic wildlife for which Costa Rica is famous. The Casa offers three air-conditioned master bed/bath, including a private suite. World-Class Marina

Los Suenos is Costa Rica's first government-sanctioned international marina and the only facility of its scale between Acapulco and Venezuela. Nestled in the protective, horseshoe-shaped Herradura Bay, the master-planned marina can accommodate craft from 20' to 200', with all the amenities boaters have come to expect from a sophisticated facility. The 200-slip, teak-topped, floating dock system is unique in Latin America and features imported pedestals from the United States with 50, 60 and 100-amp electrical service, water, cable TV, telephone, Internet, 24-hour security, a fuel dock and waste removal.
